Mikhail was appointed President of А1 in October 2010.
2006-2010 – Chairman of the Management Board, CEO of Alfa Capital Management Company.
2001-2006 – at ROSNO Insurance Group: CFO, First Deputy General Director.
Since 2004, he headed the new structure of the group – Alliance ROSNO Asset Management Company created jointly by the international financially-insurance group Allianz Group and AFK System.
1996-1998 – Deputy General Director of FPG Magnitogorsk Steel on economics, finances and strategic development.
1994-1996 – Senior manager at Inkombank for ferrous metallurgy.
1993-1994 – the Ministry of Metallurgy of the Russian Federation in the department for automation of the sector.
In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Steel and Alloys in the speciality “Automation of Metallurgical Production”. In 1994 – the Higher Commercial School at the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, course “Economic, Financial Law”. In 2001 Mr. Khabarov received MBA degree in Financial Management at Pepperdine University (California, USA).

Alexander Fayn

General Director of A1

Member of the Supervisory Board of Alfa Group Consortium from the very moment of its foundation.
Since 1992 – CEO of Alpha-Eco (since 2004 — A1 Investment Company).
From 1958 to 1988, he worked in industry, was a chief designer of a number of new technological products. Alexander Fain is the author of 70 scientific articles, inventions, manuals and monographs. Alexander Fain is Professor, Ph.D. in Applied mathematics, Member of the International Academy of Sustainable Development as well as of some of Russian academies.
Mr. Fain is often cited by the leading Russian business periodicals as one of the most influential businessmen in Russia.
In 1958, he graduated with honours from the Faculty of Engineering of the Moscow Institute of Chemical Engineering.

Alexander Babikov

Managing Director

Alexander joined Alfa-Eco team (A1 Investment company since 2005) in 2001
In 2000 – Vice Governor of Ivanovo Region. He was a principal shareholder and president of the Soyuz Group (Ivanovo).
Mr. Babikov graduated from the Ivanovo State Energy University and the Academy of National Economy (MBA). Received training with Lucent Technology in the USA, participated in the President's program for the training of Russian managers in Canada.

Dmitry Vozianov

Managing Director

Works in A1 Investment company since 2010
Since 2009 and up to the present – member of the Board of Directors of MegaFon, one of the largest Russian telecommunication operator.
2003-2008 – CEO of CT-Mobile (shareholder of MegaFon: 25.1% of the company).
2001-2002 – head of the Corporate Finance Department of Alfa-Eco (of А1 since 2004).
2000-2001 – CEO of BeeOnLine, a subsidiary company of OJSC VimpelCom (Beeline trademark).
1994-1999 Coopers&Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers, manager of a global group of capital markets (St. Petersburg, New York). He participated in supporting major transactions, including cross-border M&A transactions.
In 1994, he graduated from the St. Petersburg State Maritime University.

Andrey Von

Andrey works in A1 Investment company since 2009
2007-2009 – General Director of Elegest Mining (coal-mining company, member of United Industrial Corporation).

2002-2004 – member of the Management Board, Vice President of Gazprombank.
1997-2002 – international audit and consulting company Arthur Andersen (Moscow): assistant, leading expert, main expert, manager.
In 1995, he graduated from the Moscow State Social University in the specialty “Finances and Credit”, in 1999 – postgraduate course of Institute for International Economic and Political Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, 2005 – Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, in 2010 he received MBA degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (London).

Since May to August 2011 took a position of Manager of the Project for creating an agricultural holding within the Financial-industrial Group “Private”, Kiev, Ukraine.
2010-2011 – President of Group of companies “Rise”, Kiev, Ukraine.
2004-2010 – CFO, member of Board of Directors of XXI Century Investments, Kiev, Ukraine.
1999-2004 ‑ CFO, and since 2004 to the present - member of Board of Directors of non- commercial foundation “Step-by-Step” (The Soros Foundation), Kiev, Ukraine.
In 1998 Taras Kutoviy graduated from International Economy and Management Faculty of Kiev national economic university named after Vadym Hetman, Kiev, Ukraine. In 2003 he graduated with MBA degree from International Management Institute, Kiev, Ukraine.

Before 2004 when he left for A1, he had worked for the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and the Moscow Arbitration Court.
Mr. Markov Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Andrey joined A1 in 2011.
Since 2010 to the present – member of Board of Directors, member of Auditing Committee of Gallery Media Holding Limited.
Since 2008 to the present – Partner, CIO of FGN CAPITAL.
2007-2008 –CIO and First Deputy CEO of Coalco Development.
2006-2007 – Deputy CIO, Director of M&A Department of RENOVA Management AG.
2001-2006 – Director of M&A Department of Millhouse Capital UK Ltd.
Earlier he worked in corporate finances and investments at OJSC Sibneft and OJSC YUKOS.
In 1995, Andrey Osipov graduated with honors from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute. In 1997, he graduated with a Master of Science degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri, USA

Iliya Khaykin

Joined A1 Investment company in 2010.
2006-2010 – member of the Management Board and Deputy CEO of Alfa-Capital Management Company, being in charge of business development strategy, market analyses and communication policy.
2004-2006 – Deputy CEO of Alliance ROSNO Asset Management.
During last few years Iliya Khaykin is being recognized as Top 5 of Financial Sector Commercial Chief Officers at “Top 1000 Rating of the Most Professional Russian Managers” awarded by Publishing House “Kommersant”. In 2010, he leaded the list of Corporate Management Chief Officers in the Financial Sector of the Rating.
Iliya Khaykin graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of the Moscow Pedagogical State University. Certified by the Federal Financial Markets Service, certificate series 1.0 and 5.0.

Salavat Khalilov

Salavat joined the team of A1 in 2011.
2009-2011 – member of the Management Board and Deputy CEO, Director of the Center for Financial Institutions of Alfa-Capital Management Company.
2006-2009 – CEO of one of the largest management companies of the Russian stock market – OJSC URALSIB Capital Management, which is part of URALSIB Financial Corporation.
2004-2006 – CEO of LLC BINBANK’s Management Company. 2002-2004 – President of Private Pension Fund Garantiya.
1998-2001 – member of the Board of Directors of Specialized Depositary Infinitum.
In 1994, Salavat Khalilov graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. The same year, he graduated from Moscow International Banking School. In 2002, he graduated from Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, in 2007 – CCIM (Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, USA). Certified by the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia, certificate categories 1.0 and 5.0.

Evgeny Luneev

Evgeny Luneev works in A1 since 2011
2010-2011 – Deputy CEO for economics and finance at AFI Development.
2006-2009 – Vice President, CFO at OJSC PIK Group.
2003-2006 – Financial Controller, CFO at CJSC National Timber Company.
Earlier he worked for such known structures as Sputnik, Halliburton International, PricewaterhouseCoopers.
At various times, Evgeny Luneev was member of the Boards of Directors of CJSC Ilinsky LPZ, OJSC DSK-2, CJSC PIK-Region, OJSC PIK-Moscow, member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors at OJSC SUEK.
