RVK Finance (a part of Rosvodokanal Group) is to sell debut bonds amounting to RUR 1.75bn on July 24. The issue matures in 3 years. Coupon guidance is set at 11.75%-12.25%. The issue has a one year put option. Alfa-Bank is the arranger and paying agent on the issue, the Cbonds information agency reported.
