Kronverk Cinema
Kronverk Cinema is the largest cinema network in the North-West Region of Russia. It took it three years to fully develop from the start up. Kronverk Cinema controls approximately 35% of St. Petersburg market. It has dramatically changed the film exhibition mechanics in the region, being the first to implement the world class cinema network concept.
Russia is among the most fast growing markets in terms of box office and attendance, and demonstrates positive outlook for strategic investments. Kronverk Cinema announced of its plans to build up a federal-wide cinema network, to lead the market. The economy of scale and the program of robust growth permit to obtain financing under favourable terms, preferential treatment form cinema companies, equipment suppliers and landlords.
The Company opened several cinemas in Moscow, Magnitogorsk, Murmansk and is ready to start working in other cities, in Ukraine, Kazakhstan. It is expanding its presence in St. Petersburg (including building an IMAX cinema).

From the early 2008 Eurasia Cinemas is the owner of 52% of AFM shares. AFM was established in 1981 and operates 32 cinemas in 12 Turkish cities. The company holds exclusive licenses to use IMAX and THX technologies in Turkey. The company’s shares are listed on Istanbul stock exchange (IMKB).
The Turkish movie market gives good return, and is comparable with the Russian one in terms of growth and business model. AFM and Kronverk Cinema synergy allows to minimize costs of various business factors.
