About the Company: Established on the basis of a Vladivostok brewery being on the verge of bankruptcy.

Investment Concept of the Project: Creation of an industry leader in the Far East of Russia market.

Anti-crisis measures were taken: the financial situation was stabilized, strong management was recruited, new production was launched, and business was restructured. International Finance Corporation (IFC) became our partner in this project and provided a loan for long-term development and invested into equity. After full-fledged modernization the plant became the third largest brewery in the region and managed to substantially increase its share on the Far East market. In 2008 Vladpivo was acquired by one of the major world breweries, SABMiller.
